Many people tend to store tension in their bodies. You can notice this if you find that you carry your shoulders too high and that you are able to drop them to lower your tension.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a technique that takes you through each muscle group in your body and gets you to tighten and then relax it. There are many Youtubes that take you through this. The one below is a 15 minute one that I like. If you get bored with it you can check out others on Youtube also.
