Duignan (MSocSci(Hon), MA(Applied), PhD) has worked in many management, consulting, research, clinical and university roles. These include managing research units and national research strategies and as well as serving as a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C. He has consulted for organizations across nearly all public and nonprofit sectors and for international bodies such as the International Monetary Fund.
