The DO IT Questions

  1. Reflect on how easy this task will be if you just give yourself enough time to do it.

  2. If you don’t work today on what needs to be done, how will you feel tomorrow or later when you have less time to finish it?

  3. Imagine how you will feel when you get done today what you need to get done?

  4. Think of how you have succeeded in the past to get yourself to do hard things and how good it felt?

Please note when you are doing any type of psychological or self-development work, if you find yourself feeling overwhelming emotions, troubling thoughts or actions, you need to talk to a health professional.
