A Body Scan is a tool that gets you to go through each area of your body and focus on it one at a time. It is a traditional technique used in mindfulness meditation to help people become more aware of what is going on in their bodies. It can be used as a way of increasing your awareness of your body to help you use the Accept Your Feelings Tool.

Below is a good 15 minute Body Scan Youtube. One you have used it the first time and heard the introductory remarks, for later sessions you can start at 1:03. There are many similar Body Scans on Youtube if you want to check others out.
